Shipping

All orders are sent via USPS and typically ship the next business day, but on rare occasions may take up to 7 business days to ship. You will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and USPS tracking number when your package is in the mail. If you have any concerns about the shipping status of your order, reach out to us via the contact form.

Returns & Exchanges

By supporting Sew Minimal, you are choosing to support a very small woman owned business and we THANK YOU for that support. Instead of living paycheck to paycheck, our business survives sale to sale. For this reason, we do not offer refunds and only allow exchange or store credit for returned items. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via our contact form so we can work together to find a solution. Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You may send your returned item to Sew Minimal, 404 San Felipe NW #C4, Albuquerque, NM 87104. Once your return is received, we will contact you via email with your store credit or exchange information.
